Listing a home for rental can come with a few challenges depending on the situation.
You specifically bought a turnkey vacation home or inherited and want to list for rental, but it came with the previous owner’s belongings. And a lot of it isn’t so pretty. Now you need to declutter, reorganize and prep for marketing. Often, that task is far more difficult and stressful than expected, depending on the amount of stuff left behind.
You have purchased and moving into a new home and are keeping your current one to list as a rental. Some pieces will stay and others will go with you. We can help you define and source needed furniture, decor, renter amenities. You may also have items to place into storage or donate.
Your vacation home is in good shape and you just need to step it up a few notches by organizing and filling it with all the things your renters will need, such as linens, paper goods, new pillows, etc. We can manage that for you prior to photography and make sure it’s perfect before each rental if you’d like.

Decluttering
Potential renters want to see a clean, inviting and usually minimalistic home. Lighting matters for photography as well. We can make that happen. You will decide what you want to throw away, donate or put in storage.
Organizing
We can organize the kitchen, pantry, bathrooms and any other space in the home that could use some attention. This can include providing a list of items that need to be purchased to stock the home prior to arrival.
Donations or Consignment
We are happy to coordinate transportation to drop any donations to the local charity of your choice and return with a tax receipt. This applies to consignment items if you already have an account.
Storage Solutions
We can coordinate transportation to a storage unit should you have extra furniture that you don’t want in a vacation rental and have no room for it in your new home. We can lock up items for privacy if needed.
Thorough cleaning
